At career counseling, our job is to help you get a job. We provide resume reviews and feedback, assist with interview and job search questions, and provide general career advice.
Students and alumni can schedule virtual appointments with career counselors via Zoom. Career Services may also be contacted via email at careerservices@durhamtech.edu.
The Workforce Development department at Âé¶¹Ó°ÊÓ also offers job search and job skills enhancement courses to the Âé¶¹Ó°ÊÓ community. These courses are free to participants who are unemployed, have been notified of a layoff, or are underemployed. Students are welcome. Underemployed individuals include those working part-time and/or are eligible for the Federal Earned Income Tax Credit.
