Financial Aid Recipients
If your financial aid award is not viewable on your account (check the Financial Aid tab in Self-Service) by December 5 (Full Semester and Term A) or March 6 (Term B), you will be responsible for paying for your courses out of pocket or enrolling in a payment plan.
Credit card payments may be made online through Self-Service all day except Fridays from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. for weekly maintenance. Checks and Money Orders can be mailed to:

Schedule Adjustments
During the schedule adjustment period, students who have completed the enrollment process by the deadline may adjust their schedules to add courses. For any courses added during the schedule adjustment period, payment is due at the time of registration. Payment not received the same day will result in deregistration of courses. Once the schedule adjustment period has ended, no students may be added to courses already in progress. Students requesting an exception to the schedule adjustment procedures must make a request to the academic dean over the program area responsible for the course.
