This Open House is for anyone who is interested in enrolling in the Â鶹ӰÊÓ 911 Academy. This program provides the foundational skills needed to effectively operate as a telecommunicator within an Emergency 911 Call Center. Coursework will include instructor-led lecture and hands-on experience, allowing participants to engage in real-time scenarios while learning essential multitasking techniques. Upon completion, students will have the opportunity earn multiple certifications.
